Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Customers will be responsible for a flat rate return shipping cost ($6.00) that will be deducted from your refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you expected, please contact us within one week of receiving your order. Be sure to provide photos of the damaged or incorrect items, and we’ll make it right as soon as possible. Please note, we can only process claims for damaged or defective items if the photos clearly show the full issue and the entire garment.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. However, if you would like a different size, you can return the unworn item within 14 days for a refund (excluding return shipping fees) and place a new order in the desired size. Please refer to the return instructions above for details on how to process a return.

If you're uncertain about which size to choose, we recommend checking our sizing charts, which are available for each item in the product description section of our store.

While it's uncommon, there may be cases where an item is mislabeled. If this happens, please contact us within a week of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
