Shipping policy

Clothing Shipping Policy:

We process all orders through Printful, which offers flat-rates for shipping based on the weight of your products. Please enjoy free shipping on all USA orders over $90 (USD). Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow its progress. Within the US, shipping generally takes 4-8 business days, though delivery times may vary based on your location and other circumstances. International orders may experience longer delivery times due to customs and other factors.

I entered the wrong address!

If you need to update your shipping address, we can help as long as the order hasn't been fulfilled yet. Please provide your Order # and the correct address, and we'll assist you in making the change. However, once the order has been shipped, we’re not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address, but we'll do our best to help.

There’s an issue with my order 

If you're reaching out regarding a product quality issue, we'll respond as quickly as we can to assist you.

My order is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it.

If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please wait at least 48 hours. Sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they are physically dropped off. If it still hasn’t arrived, please contact the courier or USPS to file a missing mail claim. While we wish we could assist with filing claims directly, we're unable to do so at the moment but hope to offer support in the future!

Since tracking indicates that the package was delivered to the correct address, we cannot offer compensation unless you purchased Shipping Protection or the carrier confirms an error on their end. If the carrier acknowledges a mistake, please send us written confirmation from them, and we'll work on next steps.

For international orders, please reach out to your local courier. Unfortunately, we can’t file claims with carriers for international shipments, but we hope to offer more support with this in the future!
